Ingredients

  • 4.5 cups watermelon
  • 1/4 cup Tequila
  • 2 tbsp Tequila
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 3.5 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender (preferably a large blender cup).
  • Blend the ingredients together until well blended (about 1 to 2 minutes).
  • Strain the fluids through a strainer to remove pulp.
  • Pour the strained juice into your ice pop mold per your ice pop mold instructions.
  • This recipe makes quite a lot of popsicles, so make sure you have enough ice pop molds or use my tips for the extra juice from this recipe if you don't have enough molds.

Notes

  • If you have a large watermelon, and you don't want to make a large amount of freeze pops, here is a tip for the leftover watermelon.
  • When adding your ingredients to the blender, omit the alcohol.
  • After straining the pulp away from the juice, place the juice in ice cube trays.
  • These watermelon ice cubes can be used to make smoothies, frozen margaritas, kid friendly freeze pops, etc.
