Easy to make truffle butter that is freezer friendly and delicious. Great garnish for your cooked meats and vegetables.

Ingredients

– softened unsalted butter – truffle salt – white truffle oil – garlic cloves – basil leaves – fresh Italian Leaf Parsley – oregano (optional)

Instructions

StepS 1-3

– Add the softened butter to a mixer and mix. – Add the minced garlic, truffle salt, and truffle oil to the mixer. Mix the butter mixture until the mixture is well blended. – Now add the basil, parsley, and oregano to the butter mixture, and mix the butter mixture until well blended.

StepS 4-7

– Let the butter sit before placing in the refrigerator.  – Place the butter on parchment paper, and wrap the parchment paper around the butter. – Then place the butter into a food storage plastic bag, and place in the freezer. – Before serving place in the refrigerator so that the butter can slightly soften.
