– spaghetti squash – olive oil – salt – pepper – garlic cloves – butter – grated Parmesan cheese

StepS 1-3

– Preheat oven. – Cut the two spaghetti squashes in half. Remove the seeds from the spaghetti squash. – Brush the inside of each spaghetti squash with olive oil. Then, season the inside of each spaghetti squash with salt and pepper.

Step 4

– Turn the spaghetti squash skin side up on a baking pan. Bake the spaghetti squash. Let the squash rest and then gently scrap the cooked squash out with a fork. Set the removed spaghetti squash aside.

Steps 5-7

– Melt the butter in a pan. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic. Cook the garlic. – Add your squash to the pan. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the spaghetti squash. Stir the mixture, and let it cook for. Salt and pepper to taste. – Remove from heat, and top the spaghetti squash with the additional shredded Parmesan cheese. And you are done.
