– Season the diced chicken breast with fresh cracked pepper and garlic powder. Set aside. – Make the black peppered sauce. Place the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch into a small saucepan. – Add the oyster sauce, garlic powder, and fresh cracked black pepper to the sauce. – Place the sauce on a stove top and cook the sauce. Once ready, remove it from the heat source.
– Heat your wok skillet and add sesame oil. – Once the oil is hot, add the asparagus. Cook, then remove asparagus from pan, set aside. – Add sesame oil to the pan, when the oil is hot add the chicken. – Cook the chicken until the chicken is cooked through.
– After cooking the chicken, add the garlic and let it cook. – Then add the asparagus, and the sauce to the pan. Stir the ingredients together until well incorporated. Add additional sauce per your taste preference.
Serve with rice or noodles!
