Cheese Bruschetta

This Cheese Bruschetta is easy to make with melted fresh mozzarella and french baguettes toasted to golden brown perfection.



You will need: – red grape tomatoes  – yellow grape tomatoes  – garlic cloves – basil leaves – honey infused balsamic vinegar – balsamic vinegar – olive oil – black pepper – salt to taste – fresh Mozzarella Sliced – French baguette bread loaf  – olive oil



StepS 1-3

– Cut the tomatoes in half. – In a large bowl mix together the tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar and black pepper until combined. Salt to taste. – Cover the mixture with foil or place in a food storage type container, and place in the refrigerator.

StepS 4-7

– Preheat the oven to broil. – Place the baguette slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Brush extra virgin olive oil evenly on each side. – Place the pan in the oven, cook ntil both sides of the bread pieces are golden brown. – Remove the pan from the oven using an oven mitt.

StepS 8-11

– Next, place a slice of cheese on the bread slices and place the pan back into the oven. – Cook the French baguette slices for until the cheese melts. – Remove the pan from the oven using an oven mitt. – Top the toasted baguette with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
