This Garlic Chicken Fried Rice is the perfect way to transform leftover rice and that last chicken breast into a flavorful, satisfying meal - no grocery trip required!

– chicken breast diced  – Kosher Salt – Freshly Cracked Black Pepper – eggs lightly beaten – garlic cloves finely chopped – cold cooked rice – fish oil ... Swipe up to see the full list!

Instructions

Step 1

– First salt and pepper the diced chicken breast.  – Heat wok using medium high heat. Once the pan becomes hot, add a few drizzles of sesame oil then add the eggs to the pan. Cook the eggs for about two minutes stirring frequently. 

Step 2

– Add a few more drizzles of sesame oil to the pan. Then, add the chicken to the pan, brown the chicken and cook until the chicken is done.  – Next add a drizzle of sesame oil to the pan, then add the chopped garlic. Immediately after adding the garlic add the cooked rice and stir.

Step 3

– Next add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, ginger, fish oil, sesame oil, and carrots to the pan.  – Cook the rice for about five minutes. Add the chicken, green onion, and eggs and stir. – Cook then serve.
