Kalua Pig Pulled Pork Quesadilla with Chipotle Cream Sauce

These easy pulled pork quesadillas with Kalua pork are full of melty cheese with the perfect crispy tortilla! You only need a few ingredients for this one, and you can get these cooked in less than 25 minutes if you have some leftover pork stashed away!



– 8 large flour tortillas – 2 cups of cooked shredded pork – 2 cups shredded monteray jack cheese – 1/3 cup chopped cilantro – 1 tbsp cooking oil or can cooking spray oil



StepS 1-3

– Place about 1/4 of the meat and a layer of cheese (use about ¼ of the cheese as well) evenly in a single layer on four tortillas. – Then top the meat and cheese with about 1 tablespoon of the cilantro. Place the second tortilla on top of the each filled tortilla. – Heat a large skillet or iron skillet on the stove top using medium high heat. Once the pan is heated, spray the pan with baking spray.

StepS 4-6

– Place one of the prepared tortillas in the pan and cook them on each side for about 2 minutes or until the cheeses have melted, and theyare golden brown. Before flipping them over you can spray the exposed side of the tortilla with baking spray to make sure you get a crispy brown golden tortilla. – Garnish them with the additional chopped cilantro. – Serve immediately.
