– Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. – Add water to the slow cooker, making sure that you have covered the ingredients with water. – Cover the slow cooker with a lid.
– Cook the broth mixture. – Stir the broth, taste, and salt/spice to taste. – Strain broth using a strainer/colander.
– Refrigerate the broth overnight. Then, skim the fat off the top of the broth.
